    Job Title: Part-Time Handyman (W-2 Employee) 2 Positions available
    Location: Saint Cloud, FL (Orlando, FL)
    Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours
    Employment Type: W-2 (Employee)
    Compensation: $15-$21 per hour (entry level)

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a reliable, skilled Part-Time Handyman to perform general maintenance
    and repair work across residential and/or commercial properties. This is a W-2
    employee position, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality
    craftsmanship, and can work independently while providing excellent service.
    Responsibilities
     Perform general repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to:
    o Drywall repair and painting
    o Minor plumbing (leaks, fixture replacement)
    o Minor electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
    o Carpentry and hardware installation
    o Appliance installation or troubleshooting (as applicable)
     Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
     Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
     Maintain a clean and safe work environment
     Communicate clearly with supervisors, tenants, or clients regarding work
    performed
     Accurately document completed work and materials used
     Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
    Qualifications
     Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
     Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
     Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
     Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
     Good communication and customer service skills
    Requirements
     Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
     Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks such as bending,
    climbing, and standing for extended periods
     Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
     Background check may be required
    Preferred (Nice to Have)
     Trade certifications or formal training
     Experience in property maintenance or facilities management
     Bilingual abilities
